What a Certificate of Analysis shows
A COA is a lab’s independent report on a specific batch. Here’s what to look for.
Cannabinoid potency
Exactly how much CBD — and other cannabinoids like CBG, CBN, and CBC — is in the batch, so what’s on the label matches what’s in the bottle.
THC content
Confirmation that Δ9-THC is within the legal hemp limit of less than 0.3%. Broad-spectrum and isolate batches read as non-detect.
Contaminant screens
Pass/fail results for heavy metals, pesticides, residual solvents, and microbials — the safety checks that protect what you put in your body.
Batch traceability
The lot number, batch date, and accredited lab, so any result ties back to the exact product in your hand.
